How to Insert a Shortcode

What is a shortcode?

A shortcode enables you to insert items like slideshows or Member Wizard course information into your site. A shortcode is encased in square brackets. It may have options. For example:

[memberwizard code=”5c035cf03-0ce0-4879-98b0-95e21418f6f3″]

Note that, in the case of the Member Wizard shortcode, the exact code will be specific to your U3A group.

When inserting a shortcode, make sure that you have the brackets, “=” and quote marks all in the right place!
