How to change a menu button label in WordPress

To change a menu button label in WordPress:

  1. Log into the WordPress dashboard
  2. Go to Appearance – Menu
  3. Make sure that the correct menu is selected near the top of the page. If not, select it and click the ‘Select’ button. The menu will appear below.
  4. Click on the downwards pointing triangle on the menu button.
  5. Edit the Navigation label.
  6. Click ‘Save menu’
  7. If you use WordPress caching software you’ll need to clear your cache to see the change.
